stats of the week: run 27 km, cycled 175 km
A week with some sunshine on the island of Majorca made a pleasant break in December. Cycling the hills didn't feel easy but at least I completed the 4,000 km barrier for 2023. More and more I miss power in my legs. Now I clock 5 minutes more for the 4.5 km ascent to Galilea compared to my personal best of 19:30 years ago.
